Buying tickets online for a match, race, or concert in another country takes trust. We get it. That is why every order from MG Top Events is backed by a simple, full money-back promise.

If anything goes wrong on our side, you get your money back. No hidden conditions — our full terms are written in plain English and say the same thing as this page.

Our 4-Part Promise

1. Valid & authentic tickets — or your money back

Every ticket we sell is genuine and valid for entry. If a ticket we provided is ever refused at the gate because it is not authentic or not valid, we refund you in full.

2. Delivered before the event — or your money back

Your tickets arrive in time for the event. If we fail to deliver your tickets before it starts, you get a full refund.

3. Exactly what you ordered (or comparable/better) — or your money back

You receive the tickets you paid for. If we ever need to change your seats, we will only offer seats that are comparable or better — and if that is not acceptable to you, or not possible, you get your money back. The choice is yours.

4. Event cancelled and not rescheduled — full refund

If the event is officially cancelled and not rescheduled, you receive a full refund of what you paid us.

How your purchase is protected

  • Secure checkout. Payments run through Shopify, a PCI-compliant checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and PayPal.
  • Your card details stay secure. Your card details are entered directly into Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout and are processed securely. We do not store your full card number.
  • PayPal Buyer Protection. Choose PayPal at checkout and your purchase may also be covered by PayPal Buyer Protection, subject to PayPal's terms.

About your tickets

Tickets are mobile / e-tickets, delivered digitally. After your order is confirmed, your tickets are usually delivered within 24 hours of confirmation, along with a confirmation email — and for some events tickets are released by the organiser closer to the event date. In every case, we guarantee delivery in time for the event, and we aim to deliver as early as the organiser's release schedule allows.

Your tickets are compatible with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, so they are ready on your phone before you travel.

You can check your tickets in advance. Because your tickets arrive ahead of the event, you have time to open them and confirm everything looks right before you set off. And our team is reachable by phone, WhatsApp, and Telegram right up to and during the event — so if you ever need help at the gate, a real person is one message away.

Are the tickets authentic?
Yes. Every ticket is guaranteed valid and authentic — or your money back.

Will my tickets arrive in time?
Yes. We guarantee delivery before the event. Most orders arrive within 24 hours of confirmation, and for events where the organiser releases tickets later, we still guarantee delivery in time for you to attend.

What if the event is cancelled?
If it is cancelled and not rescheduled, you receive a full refund.

What if it's rescheduled and I can't make the new date?
Your tickets normally stay valid for the new date. If you can't attend, contact us and you may request a refund.

Who am I actually buying from?
MG Top Events is a trading name of MGevents and Consulting LLC, a registered US company in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We are an independent reseller — see "Who you are buying from" below.

How to make a claim

If something is wrong with your order, contact us straight away — the sooner we know, the faster we can fix it or refund you.

Please contact us as soon as possible after the event or after becoming aware of the issue. For a cancelled event, you do not need to do anything — we will contact you about your refund.

We aim to respond within 24 hours. Once a refund is approved, your money is returned to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.

We are an independent ticket and hospitality provider — not the official organiser, and not affiliated with the teams, artists, venues, or governing bodies involved. Because we source premium and high-demand inventory, prices may be above or below face value. We tell you this up front, and we back every order with the full money-back guarantee above.
