1. Your Acceptance of These Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") carefully. These Terms govern your use of the website(s) and/or mobile application(s) that link to these Terms (collectively, the "Site") and apply to all users accessing or using the Site and any services, products, or resources available via the Site (each a "Service" and collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site or the Services. These Terms expressly incorporate our Privacy Policy, which can be found on the home page of the Site.

MGevents and Consulting LLC (referred to as "we," "us," "our," or "Site Owner") is the entity that owns and operates this Site. If you use the Site on behalf of an entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and your acceptance of the Terms will be deemed as acceptance by that entity.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the Site. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

2. Buying Tickets on the Site

2.1 Ticket Marketplace

The Site serves as an independent ticket resale marketplace, enabling users to buy and sell tickets to live events (each a "Ticket"). MGevents and Consulting LLC acts as an intermediary between ticket buyers ("Buyers") and ticket resellers ("Sellers"). Ticket prices on the Site may be at, above, or below face value. Sellers set their own prices, and face value per Ticket is not guaranteed.

2.2 No Endorsement or Affiliation

MGevents and Consulting LLC is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any event organizers, artists, teams, venues, or governing bodies. The use of event names and other descriptive identifiers is solely for the purpose of accurately describing the tickets available for resale and does not imply any official association.

2.3 Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are solely responsible for completing transactions, including payment of purchase prices and applicable fees, and for providing accurate information for ticket delivery.

Your purchase is protected by our Money-Back Guarantee. You are entitled to a full refund where: (a) the tickets we supply are invalid or not authentic; (b) your tickets are not delivered before the event; (c) the tickets are materially not as the order we confirmed to you (in which case you may instead choose a comparable or better alternative at no extra cost); or (d) the event is cancelled and not rescheduled. Refund handling for postponed or rescheduled events is described in Section 2.4.

2.4 Event Cancellations, Postponements and Refunds

If an event is officially cancelled and is not rescheduled, you will receive a full refund of the amount you paid us.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your Tickets remain valid for the new date in almost all cases, and no action is needed on your part. If the event is subsequently cancelled and not rescheduled, you are entitled to a full refund. If you are unable to attend the new date, please contact us as soon as possible and you may request a refund.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, in USD, normally within 5–10 business days. Your bank's exchange rate may cause the amount shown in your local currency to differ slightly from the amount you originally paid.

2.5 Order and Delivery

Buyers must provide accurate information for processing orders and ticket delivery.

Tickets are typically delivered electronically (for example, mobile ticket or electronic transfer). We guarantee that your Tickets will be delivered before the event. Tickets are usually delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation; for some events, Tickets are released by the organiser closer to the event date, in which case we still guarantee delivery in time for you to attend. If we fail to deliver your Tickets before the event, you are entitled to a full refund.

2.6 Ticket Authenticity Guarantee

We guarantee that the Tickets we supply are valid and authentic. In the rare event that you are denied entry because a Ticket we provided is invalid or not authentic, you are entitled to a full refund. A dispute about whether a Ticket we delivered was valid or authentic is always covered by this guarantee.

3. Prohibited Conduct

While using the Site, you agree that you will not:

Falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
Use bots, scrapers, or other automated methods to access or purchase Tickets.
Engage in fraudulent activities, including speculative selling (listing Tickets without ownership).
Circumvent security measures designed to protect the integrity of the Site.
Violate any local, state, federal, or international laws in relation to ticket purchasing and resale.

Violating these rules may result in account suspension or termination and legal action.

4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

4.1 "As Is" and "As Available" Basis

MGevents and Consulting LLC provides the Site and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee:

The accuracy or completeness of event-related information.
That the Site will be free of viruses or other harmful components.
That transactions will always be free from errors, interruptions, or delays.

4.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MGevents and Consulting LLC shall not be liable for:

Any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site.
Loss of data, revenue, or profit due to delays or failures in transactions.
Errors in event listings, ticket pricing, or availability.

By using the Site, you agree to release MGevents and Consulting LLC from all claims and damages, known and unknown, arising out of your use of the Site.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MGevents and Consulting LLC, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

Your violation of these Terms.
Your use of the Site or purchase of Tickets.
Any misrepresentation you make in connection with the Services.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida. By using this Site, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of these courts.
